Experience feelings
During different stages of our life we can feel: sad, fearful, irritable, searching, questioning, dark, heavy, vulnerable, blocked, useless, depressed, burnt out……. but also: full of love, optimistic, light, free…..
Our rational mind is constantly judging our feelings. Experiences and conditioning from childhood have anchored themselves in our emotions. We have learned what we can and must not feel. In this way we negate certain feelings causing an inner struggle. Feelings want to be experienced in order to express themselves, after which life can flow freely again.
When we treat all of our feelings with respect, accept and experience them, we can turn the dark into light.
